Availability and pricing questions answered

Hi Everyone,

I have slots available in September and October that I am accepting bookings for.

I have had several queries and I would like to make it clear that prices listed in my pricing page are current prices and these prices are for once of pieces of work.

Series, serials and multi-book bookings have a different price.

I have several "permanent'' clients who I make myself available for to ensure that they meet their publishing deadlines.

So if you are looking for a long term relationship with an editor who is available and believes in your work and worlds as much as you do. drop me an email and lets chat.

Pricing increase and editorial availability

Hi Everyone,

I am announcing a 10 % increase on my prices from this month.

I would also like to update you on my availability.
I am generally booked two to three months in advance.
Currently August and September is available. October and November is already partially booked.

Hi everyone,

I'm sure you have some questions about my 6 month anniversary.

Well it is a business anniversary. The anniversary of the first income earned from editing.

Years ago when I started doing developemnetal edits with Nina Croft and Ju Dimello it was as a friend.

 Life being the journey it is, I took a few years off to marry and have my baby. But when life imploded and I found myself heading to divorce court I found myself looking at what I could do to add to the day job income.

So I officially set up my editing business. My first income was in December and the joy of that brings back the memory of the first salary I received. How many of you remember your first salary?

Hi Everyone,

May is a very special month for me because it is my 6 month anniversary in business.

The last 6 months have been a real blessing and have whizzed past.
I have had the opportunity to work with some really amazing authors.

So to celebrate this special milestone I am offering a 5% discount on all bookings made in May even if the slots booked are for later in the year.
I have slots for short pieces up to 30 0000 words from 23 May on-wards.
Full length books, the slots available are from July and beyond.

Editorial Availability

Hi everyone,

I've been very busy recently so my poor blog has been a bit neglected but I have made certain that my pricing page is always up to date.

I have slots available in June.

I have rearranged my schedule to have more time available so from June my bookings availability will increase but not at the expense of the quality of my work.

Good News

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick post for those of you who know what I've been dealing with recently.
I am happy to report that my divorce has been finally granted.
Just waiting for the paperwork but it is official.
So thrilled to be free and looking forward to a better life and year ahead.
